Episode 12 : California's New Sexual Harassment Training Regulations
The California legislature passed a law that, effective January 2006, all employers with 50 or more employees must train all supervisors about sexual harassment. While the law came into being, there were several questions that remained unanswered. In mid-July 2007, regulations finally were enacted to answer those questions. In this helpcast, Host Helene Wasserman of Littler Mendelson, P.C. will provide insight and guidance regarding the new regulations, and how to follow them in your workplace.
