All employees are afforded the right to work in a workplace free from all types of harassment, including sexual harassment. Employers are required to provide employees with a harassment-free workplace. In the first of her three-part series entitled "Sex, Drugs, and Rock 'n Roll in the Workplace," Host Helene Wasserman of Littler Mendelson, P.C. addresses the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace by providing examples of conduct many may not consider to be sexual harassment but which may be perceived as such, as well as providing insight as to how employers can prevent workplace harassment from occurring.
